How do I use the boat launch if I’m not staying at FCC?
You may call the Owner Services office, up to 7 days in advance to request a “Day Launch” pass.
What are my day use privileges if I’m not staying at FCC?
You are welcome on property, however, you may not beach your boat or personal watercraft. The Nautical will honor your owner card for 10% off at the store and rental shop.
Do I get a discount on rooms at the Nautical Beachfront Resort?
Sunday through Thursday the Nautical Beachfront Resort offers 10% off rack rate. Special promotional pricing is also offered from time to time.
What other local discounts am I entitled to?
At this time we have no off-property discounts available.
What happens if I call to reserve my week and/or bonus time and there is no availability?
You have the option to be placed on a waiting list and notified if accommodations become available.
Does First Cabin Club offer any activities?
Not at this time.
What is the check in and check out time?
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
Are there BBQ’s allowed?
No BBQ’s are allowed on property.
What if I can’t use my week in the calendar year?
You must contact Owner Services—at least 90 days prior to the end of the current year—to deposit your time with vacation exchange for use at another time and place.
If I have to check in late or check out early from my week can I still reserve the unused days?
No, the time is lost.
Can I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed in FCC units or within 5 feet of the FCC building.
Is wireless internet available?
Yes. Contact the Nautical Beachfront Resort front desk to obtain password.
Can I place a request for a specific room or level?
Yes. This is based on availability and ownership.
When are the VOA statements mailed out? When are they due?
Statements go out in October and are due January 1st of each year.
How can I pay my VOA dues? Can I pay them in advance?
Dues are to be paid to First Cabin Club 928-854-6015.

What housekeeping services are offered during my week stay?
One mid-week towel exchange.
Beach level = Monday
Street/Upper level = Tuesday
Coin operated laundry facilities are on property for your convenience.
Can I split my week?
Ownership weeks can only be used in 7 night intervals—Friday–Friday.
