First Cabin Club FAQs

1. How do I use the boat launch if I’m not staying at FCC?
   You may call the Owner Service office, up to 7 days in advance to request a “Day Launch” pass.
   
2. What are my day use privileges if I’m not staying at FCC?
   You are welcome on property, however, you may not beach your boat, or PWC.
   The Nautical will honor your Owner card for 10% off at the Store, and rental shop.
   
3. Do I get a discount on rooms at the Nautical Resort?
   Sunday –Thursday, the Nautical offers 10% off rack rate, and Special Promotional offers from time to time.
   
4. What other local discounts am I entitled to?
   At this time we have no off property discounts available.
   
5. What happens if I call to reserve my week and/or bonus time and there is no availability?
   You have the option to be placed on a waiting list and notified if accommodations become available.
   
6. Does the FCC club offer any activities?
   Not at this time.
   
7. What is the check in and check out time?
   Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check Out time is 11:00 AM
   
8. Are there BBQ’s allowed?
   No BBQ’s and No PETS are allowed on property.
   
9. What if I can’t use my week in the calendar year?
   You must contact Owner Services, at least 90 prior to the end of the current year, and deposit your time with, for use at another time and place.
   
10. If I have to check in late or check out early from my week, can I still reserve the unused days?
    No, the time is lost.
    
11. Is wireless internet available?
    Yes. Contact the Nautical front desk to obtain pass code.
    
12. Can I place a request for a specific room or level?
      Yes.  This is based on availability, and ownership.
    
13. When are the VOA statements mailed out?  When are they due?
    Statements go out in October and are due January 1st of each year.
    
14. How can I pay my VOA dues? Can I pay them in advance?
    Dues are to be paid to Advanced Financial, 1-800-208-9247 - Melissa Keene.    To make payments online   www.advancedfinancialcompany.com

15. What housekeeping services are offered during my week stay?
    One mid-week cleaning.
    Beach level= Monday
    Street/Upper level= Tuesday
    Saturday checks= Wednesday
    Additional towels during your visit, are $15.00.
    Laundry facilities are on property to assist you.
    
16. Can I split my week?
    Ownership weeks can only be used in 7 night intervals, Friday-Friday.
